The goal of SLV Quality Concrete is to provide you with the best available workmanship and construction service available in the industry marketplace.

We strive to bring our projects in on time correctly, within budget, and doing so in a safe manor. We keep current with all state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to ensure earlier completion of projects and to keep competitive.

SLV Quality Concrete began in 1975 when Leonard Velasquez started a concrete construction company called Quality Concrete. During the ensuing years the company began to grow and developed a reputation for quality.

In 1995 Quality Concrete was incorporated and became SLV Quality Concrete, Inc. Today the company has grown and specializes in commercial, residential, and municipal concrete projects.

We have a continuing commitment to our clients and community. We never compromise quality and integrity, and deliver on our promises and commitments.
